CLUB NIGHT

Clubnights are our monthly meeting for obtaining information about and/or booking on walks. They also include special presentations with an outdoor/travel theme or other events - refer to the Walk Program for details.

We occasionally hold special talks aimed at new members, but even if there isn't one of these scheduled, any Clubnight is a great opportunity to chat with committee members and ask questions about our activities or how to get started bushwalking with us.

From February-December we hold our Clubnights between 8 - 9pm on the first Monday of the month  (public holidays excepted - check the program for alternative dates).

In 2010, Clubnights are being held at "The Hub", 80 Harbour Esplanade, Docklands (at corner of Bourke St & Harbour Esplanade).  The venue has a presentation room, and a breakout area where you can enjoy an informal chat, with free tea and coffee provided.

This is a short walk from Southern Cross station (take the pedestrian bridge to Docklands Stadium, descend the steps to Bourke St, follow Bourke St to the Harbour Esplanade). Alternatively several tram routes (42 & 48 from Collins St, 70 & 71 from Flinders St) all stop very close to the Hub.

For those driving in, there is plenty of free unrestricted parking nearby.

For scheduled Clubnights, please refer to the Walks Program.

Everyone is welcome, we hope to see you there!
